Dr. Stephanie Murphy is Vice President of Culture & Experience at UnitedHealth Group, where she leads enterprise employee listening, culture, and experience strategy for more than 400,000 employees globally. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Society for People Analytics (SPA), a global nonprofit advancing the people analytics profession, and is an internationally recognized speaker and thought leader on workplace culture, employee experience, and people analytics. She serves on the board of Universal Technology Movement, where she contributes her expertise in leadership, community building, and organizational strategy.
