Gabe Reid believes meaningful change happens when people feel supported, seen, and connected to purpose. His journey into education and community service began with a desire to help others grow through consistency, encouragement, and opportunity. Inspired by leaders like Booker T. Washington and Thurgood Marshall, Gabe developed a deep commitment to serving others and building systems that empower people to succeed.

Over the last decade, Gabe has served as a teacher, curriculum specialist, and volunteer with AmeriCorps and the Peace Corps. He earned his M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction and has spent years working directly with students, families, and communities to close opportunity gaps through relationship-driven support. Through this work, he learned that lasting success is built through strong communication, accountability, and personalized guidance.

Gabe brings these experiences into his client success specialist role at Universal Tech Movement where he continues to support individuals throughout their journey, strengthen participant engagement, coordinate impactful services, and help people reach meaningful personal and professional goals.

Outside of work, Gabe enjoys studying the Bible, traveling with his family, and playing chess.
